Decorating Ideas for the Holidays is topic of lunch discussion Dec. 7

Interior decorating experts Christopher Gregorich and Joseph Martinez will share their decorating ideas for the holidays on Friday, December 7, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. as part of the Transition Center's luncheon series. Tickets are $20 per person and include lunch. Reservations must be made in advance by Friday, November 30.

Gregorich and Martinez have been decorating homes and corporate offices for the holidays for years as Christopher & Company. Home installations at this time of year allow homeowners to incorporate family treasures and traditions and corporations often use this time of year to present a spectacular showcase.

During this special luncheon and discussion the designers will focus on the approaching Christmas and Hanukah observances and present ideas for taking a second look at items stored in the basement or attic and treasures that can be found at thrift stores and clearance racks. Fabric, remnant ribbons and other simple items can be 'repurposed' to create festive displays for the home or office.
