Tickets available now for 2010 Culinary Extravaganza, Sept. 26
The annual Culinary Extravaganza, a very popular food & wine event to benefit Schoolcraft College students and the Culinary Arts Program, will be held Sunday, September 26, 2010 from 2 - 5 p.m. at the VisTaTech Center on Schoolcraft College's main campus in Livonia. Tickets are $50 per person.
Annual School Daze event is September 14-16
This year's annual School Daze event offers a wide variety of activities for students, faculty, staff and the community to participate in from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., September 14-16, 2010.
Annual College Night is October 6
The 2010 College Night is a great opportunity for high school and college-age students to visit with and learn more about more than 90 colleges and universities in Michigan and the Midwest. College Night is an open house style event that will be held on Wednesday, October 6 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Proceeds from sales at art exhibition to benefit Schoolcraft College Foundation
Art enthusiasts have an opportunity this week to help support the Schoolcraft College Foundation with 20% of the current exhibition’s artwork sales to be donated by the exhibition’s host, Art & Ideas Gallery. The exhibition, featuring the art of three Schoolcraft faculty members, ends Saturday, November 13. The gallery will be open from 1 - 7 p.m. that day or by appointment by calling 734-420-0775.

12- and 7-week fall classes still open for registration
While most fall courses began September 1, dozens of courses starting later in the semester are still open for registration.
Pageturners Book Discussion Group begins 2010-11 with "Finding Nouf" Sept. 27-30
Schoolcraft College's Book Discussion Group, Pageturners, is free and open to the public. Pageturners will begin this year's discussions with "Finding Nouf," by Zoe Ferraris in September.
Learn about Massage Therapy careers and training in October
On Wednesday, October 6, 2010 from 3- 7 p.m. and Monday, October 18, 2010 from 1-4 p.m. the Massage Therapy program at Schoolcraft College will host Open Houses. The Open Houses are a great opportunity for those who are interested in a career in massage therapy to come and learn the requirements for earning a certificate or associate degree, as well as hear about career opportunities in this rapidly growing healthcare field.
