Think Pink and support breast cancer research on February 9

On Wednesday, February 9 Schoolcraft College is once again sponsoring the Pink Zone to benefit the Kay Yow WBCA (Women Coaches Basketball Association) Breast Cancer Research Fund. The highlight of the evening’s activities is a basketball doubleheader against area rival, Oakland Community College. The women will play at 5:30 p.m. and the men will play at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person and a $10 admission includes a special commemorative t-shirt.

Tickets, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities are currently available for the annual Spaghetti Dinner & Wine Glow to benefit the college's Transition Center on Tuesday, March 15. Livonia Symphony Players present free concert on February 9

Schoolcraft College's free Noon Concert Series presents the Livonia Symphony Players on Wednesday, February 9. The concert, which will begin at noon and last approximately one hour, is free and open to the public. It will be held in room 550 of the VisTaTech Center on the college's main campus in Livonia, Haggerty Road between Six and Seven Mile Roads.

Luncheon speaker will discuss UFOs on February 18

UFO expert, Mike Best, will be the featured speaker at the Transition Center Luncheon Series on Friday, February 18. Tickets for the luncheon are $16 per person and reservations must be made with the Transition Center by February 11.

Music students display talents at Collage XX on March 12

Celebrating its twentieth annual Collage Concert, the Music Department at Schoolcraft College presents performances by Schoolcraft's various ensembles including the Jazz Band and Improvisation Group, the Synthesizer Ensemble, the Choral Union, and the Wind Ensemble at 8 p.m. on March 12.
